The Roland 626 Drum Machine was my first drum machine. At the time of its release it was probably one of the more affordable machines and had a lot to offer over its competitors. It's sounds are no doubt a bit dated but that's okay I feel that its real charm. Fairly easy to program it used PCM sound samples .
